How Is Your Attack Style?
Paintball is one of the world's fastest played game.
Speed and strategy are everything.
A game can be over in a very short time like minutes or it can last days.
It all depends on the game you are playing.
For your game you need a strategy.
You need a plan.
You may need several strategies.
Start with stating your goal.
DO you want to win 3 out of 5 games or do you want to win the title championship? For that you need to get your mindset and set a time frame for your plan.
Without a well thought out and written down game plan, you might as well just whistle Dixie.
Because you will get nowhere.
Your first line of attack is moving forward.
This forward moving should be all of the team advancing at the same time and same pace at the same time shooting as many people as you can without getting shot yourself.
Of course you have to plan on what kind of cover you are going to have while you are advancing.
Are you going to have bunkers, trees, things like that.
You will have to plan your attack plan for cover for all of your team mates.
If you a woods of course you have more space and a lot of time you have less visibility.
This provides cover for you automatically.
You main objective is to advance everybody forward together as much as you can.
Just like in the movies, when you move forward some of the players will get shot right away.
Keep advancing and keep shooting.
Fire at anything and everything you see.
This happens in lighting speed.
The object is to advance into the enemies territory.
You are not looking to relocate a position you want to take the enemies territory.
You want to smash everything in your way.
Remember the idea of war is to kill and break things.
You take no prisoners.
Once you reach the enemies base they will fight harder.
Remember you are on the attach.
You have the element of surprise.
They are on defense and they must defense, but you are advancing you are in control.
You have come this close, you do not want to loose the game now.
Now here is where the element of surprise comes in.
They do not know what you have up your sleeve.
Here is where your game plan comes in handy as well.
Use the tactic you have prepared and go at it as aggressively as you are able.
The enemy will not know how to defend it.
Surprise is one of the hardest elements to defend against and you will be moving forward at a fast pace they will not know what to do.
The enemy will not be able to withstand your assault and they will be defeated.
After gaining experience and having a few tries and true strategies in your arsenal that you and your team can act upon at any moment, you team will be victorious.
Not only do you need a game plan for the game you are playing at the moment you will need a great game plan for whole of your paintball season.
With good and well-practiced strategies in your game plane the chances of being defeated are slim.
