Becoming Self-Employed Is This the New Economic Trend?
Becoming Self-employed is this the new economic trend? More and more individuals are working from home, it seem as if even traditional business owners are taking this new approach.
For quite some time consumers were running with the new thing back then, MLMs and other get rich quick schemes.
Today this same concept has transformed into "the Networking business strategy".
No longer do we have to cope with these over-rated selling schemes but today legitimate companies are branching off into the direct selling network.
The real question is which ones are REAL.
If we look at the length of time a company has been in business we would be able to assess their financial forecast which can help to create some credibility for that organization.
Not to mention the Better Business bureau (BBB) report can also help to support the company`s image when comparing them to their competitors.
In Today's business market, it is these same legitimate companies that are branching off into the Networking marketing business system.
If they have Real products or Services and there is a niche market for what they are selling, I would say they are standing on solid grounds.
According to the Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, "If the money you make is based primarily on the number of distributors you recruit and your sales to them, rather than on your sales to people outside the plan who intend to use the products" this might be a red flag.
It's important to do some research and not through any bogus websites that's spitting anger towards a group.
However, credible resources, as mentioned above, Federal Trade Commission or even the Better Business Bureau can help you debate safely.
In my research I found a few network marketing companies that do offer the opportunity to become self-employed in a legal and honest way.
Some of them have always been into networking and some saw the benefits of using this business strategy instead of the traditional flow businesses used a few years back.
For example Aflac and Primerica, has chosen to cut out the overhead cost of housing employees and they are both employing individual distributors and recruiters to help market their services.
Not to mention, a few offices are available to their local networkers to conduct meetings and other business activities.
Companies such as Mary Kay Cosmetics and Melaleuca (The Wellness Company) have always been in the business of networking.
I predict they will be many other companies following this trend in the near future and surely this move will bring a win-win situation.
Employers will save a lot and individuals will save time earn more and do meaningful activities like Family event.
Too many people are living pay check to pay check, or doing two jobs in order to make ends meet.
To conclude, working for many of these companies does not interfere with a person`s current job, many people who work a 9-5 can still work this type of business and eventually replace their Just Over Broke situation.
