Introducing the Ruby Plus "Scootchair" from Sterling. This powerchair is a light weight alternative to the more bulky and expensive mobility scooters. With its luxury high back adjustable seat and angle adjustable flip up arms it is perfect for indoor and outdoor use and ensures you a comfortable seating position.
Some of its key features are that it has a finger release battery unit which can be quickly removed for charging at home and an easy to use joystick which offers quick responsive finger tip control.
Disassembly of this chair could not be easier with its two step process, all you have to do is take off the seat and remove the battery pack.

TGA Power Pack
The TGA series four has undergone some major updates which have seen an external gearbox unit re-design and some re-designed chassis upgrades including a battery bag with matching lifting straps, added alloy wheels and super grip tyres. Traction control has also been added to give a smooth start without wheelspin.
The electronic control system has seen an upgrade and now uses the very latest in micro processor technology with a host of advanced safety features. Ergonomic changes include a redesigned handlebar control which is a replacement for the standard wheelchair handlebar grips. This easy to use control feature is an important handlebar extension for optional left or right hand use.
The key which operates the on/off switch is now removable giving greater security. There is now an on/off light indicator with red, amber and green colours advising you of battery condition. A pre-set speed control governing top speed and a thumb operated speed control lever have been added.
The range has been expanded to include three models:
The standard single wheel version capable of transporting up to 18 stone user weight.
The twin-wheel model with the same user weight limit but much greater traction - really effective on loose gravel and wet grass.
The heavy duty version is only available with twin wheels and is capable of transporting up to 26 stone.
The powerpacks ease of use allows you to attach it to any wheelchair in literally seconds and once fitted you will never have to push the chair again. With your thumb on the control you can walk along and let the powerpack do all the work. The powerpack will give you a top speed of 4mph and a range of up to 10 miles so you ill have more than a enough capacity for a good day out.
