• Companies use their industrial property to manufacture or assemble goods, such as cars or food products. Others may use the property to store merchandise for shipment. These properties will have varying amounts of office space.
  
  

Abatements

• Manufacturers can request a tax abatement for their industrial property. The tax abatement is an incentive for the company to build a new plant, expand or renovate an existing one.
