We offer you a new functional option in MyTaskHelper system. This option represents the possibility to send user's data from one web form to another web form.

The essence of this idea is the following: a user can make the basic form (let's call it "Main" for simplicity) and then clone it, customize its look and feel (using the "Other settings" link) and place this copy on a web site. Then the data that users will enter into our cloned form will be sent to a common database automatically (records of multiple associated objects are kept in a common database). Thus, we can see that data from any number of sites are sent to our database.

Let's consider step by step instructions to use this functionality:

First of all it is necessary to create a new project and our "Main" form.

Using the "Forms" menu let's add all necessary fields for our data, set their types and other necessary additional attributes.

After addition and setting of necessary fields is over we can clone the present object. The "clone" button serves for this purpose. Press it and you will get an exact copy of the main object as a result.

Then it is necessary to set some other name of the cloned object because two or more objects with the same name can't exist in the system. Let's call the associated object as "Partner".

You can see the "Additional options" link below the "Main" form in this menu. Clicking on the link you can choose the table to which you need to send your data.

That's all. The connection between the objects is customized. Now data from the "Partner" object will be sent to a common database independent of the fact on which site an associated object is placed. It is necessary to remember that the fields' names in both structures should be identical, thus, it is impossible to change neither the field's name nor its type in the associated object, besides, you can't add or remove fields, so, generally speaking, the structures should coincide.

Let's check functionality of ready forms. Place the "Partner" form at the site http://<my site>.ru. A user in the process of his work will add a record in our associated form at this site, then it will be sent to a common database of the project automatically. The database administrator can see and analyze all incoming data at once or separately for every form (it is necessary to choose the name of the corresponding object – widget).

Such a functional peculiarity is very useful for publication of partnership programs on two or more sites.
