A food allergy is simply the body's way of saying that there is something in the food consumed that it needs to be frightened of.
The body doesn't understand the difference between snake venom and the allergen; it just reacts by going into a fight flight response.
This then causes a reaction from mild to catastrophic in your physical body and slightly uncomfortable to full scale panic in your mental body.

The book discusses food in general which are known allergy triggers and gives some excellent advice on modifying your diet to assist your journey back go good health.
Some of the more common food allergy triggers in adults are eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish and fish.
Kids tend to be afflicted by peanuts, milk and eggs.
If you know that you have a food allergy, it is suggested that you research diligently and know exactly what you are allergic to, how to maintain your health, and make informed decisions on possible treatment outcomes.

Many recipes now can be egg free or made with egg substitutes.
Milk Allergy Some people, when they consume dairy products, suffer from an allergic reaction.
When this happens, such individuals are considered to be allergic to milk.
In order to treat the milk allergy you need to completely avoid milk products.
In order for you to fill the nutritional gap from not consuming milk, you can choose to include soy milk or rice milk in your diet as a substitute.
By understanding and researching the mechanics of your food allergy, you maybe able to overcome the allergic reaction that is happening within your body.
The more you understand, the less impact the allergy will have on your life and psyche.
It is possible to recover from some food allergies; others are with you for life.
