In 2013, the Miramar reopened as a design hotel after a two-year retrofit. The project by architect Paola Ribeiro features a blend of classic references and contemporary style. Butler service is available.
In the guest rooms, decorated with exclusive sepia watercolors by Anamélia Moraes, Nespresso coffee machines and bath products by L’Occitane are among the amenities. However, only five of the 200 guest rooms are wheelchair-accessible.
