Inspiring kids to take an interest in sport is so important – keeping active will keep them healthy and happy.

Running, jumping, kicking, climbing and reaching are things young kids love to do and are great ways of using all the muscle groups.

This gives kids confidence in their bodies while the interaction of playing sport with their friends, classmates and family gives them important social skills they can use throughout their life.

Encouraging kids to enjoy sport also has benefits for parents. Letting children exhaust themselves with happy pastimes makes use of their natural energy and often means they are better behaved. It also helps them work up an appetite when it comes to dinner time!
