I have had my iPhone for almost a year now and I love it.
But as you can imagine I too am still learning about some really cool shortcuts that did not seem to be included in the owners manual.
  Here are three very useful iPhone short cuts you may not have known about.
1.
 Browser short cuts: When you browse to a web page in safari you do not need to include the www or the .
com.
  this only works if you have Google set as your default search engine and you are in fact going to a .
com page.
  So what about a page that might be of a different domain suffix such as .
net or .
org?  Simply hold down the .
com button on the iPhone and it will allow you to scroll through the rest of them till you find the one you want and then you can select it.
2.
 The little round button: Well should we say the only button on the iPhone, almost.
  This button has a few different uses.
  The most common is to tap it once; this will bring you back to the home page.
  Tapping it twice will bring you to your favorites list of people you call.
  Did you know that if you go into your phone settings you can actually program that button to do different functions as well? 3.
 Screen shot: You can always save an image by taping on the image for the menu to pop up asking you if you want to save it.
But have you ever wanted to take a screen shot of a page you were on? I accidentally found this feature but it is simple to use!  All you have to do is press the round home button and the power button on the top at the same time for ½ second.
  Once you do you will see the screen flash white and the picture will be saved in the same folder as your photos.
