Believe it or not spring is just around the corner and finally the long cold winter is finally coming to an end. The months of the wind, rain and snow have certainly take its toll on the country causing chaos all over the country closing schools, roads and even airports. It has taken its toll on people's appearance too with many of us having dull dry skin with an unappealing sallow complexion. Moreover, to top it all many of us are still carrying those extra Christmas pounds around!

To help get us looking the part for the fast approaching spring and summer months it might be a good time to head to the spa so when we do finally get to put on our summer clothes we are looking at our best.

Now is also a good to relax and let your mind and body get over the hectic Christmas and New Year period and all the stresses and strains the snow bought with it.
