It is possible that your eyes will itch - but this will pass.
You should never apply pressure to the eyes or scratch them.
Give your eyes time to readjust to the new vision that they have been given and you time to get over the pain.
Take a couple of days off of work to recuperate from LASIK surgery and to ensure that you can handle everything.
The best thing you could do is to stay off your feet and do not do anything that will hurt your eyes - including any kind of contact sport.
