It's Winter season, and if you're looking to go skiing this season, you're probably already on a budget, or maybe you just want to save money.
That's okay, because I want to save money as well! What I'm going to show you today are some tips that you can use, in order to save the big bucks on your ski lift purchase.
Tip #1 NEVER purchase them at the gate The first thing that you have to understand is that you never want to purchase the ski lift tickets at the gate.
What you're going to find out is that when you purchase them there, you're paying full price.
Unless you have a coupon, you don't want to do this.
Instead, try and find coupons online, or purchase them online.
How can I get discount lift tickets? What I generally do is scope out the area.
Where do I want to go? If you don't know where you're going to go, this isn't going to be easy for you.
Find a place around your area, and this will make the search a lot easier, trust me on this one.
Once you know where you want to go, you will want to search for that ski resort.
You will want to go to their homepage, and see if there are any deals on the page alone.
I've seen ski resorts have coupons, and deals smack dab on their page.
One time I was able to sign up for an e-mail, and save 25% off my first trip just by doing that.
Do that for the whole family, and you just save a few bucks easily.
What I would recommend is that you check out the website, as well as do the following...
- Look in the newspaper.
- Call them up and ask for a coupon book.
- Search for a coupon online.
