There Are Face Lift Alternatives - Let"s Face It
Did you know there are face lift alternatives.
What is the first thing people see when they look at you? You are right! It is your face.
Faces are full of expressions when we are sad, happy, angry, sexy, bored, etc.
You might say our face is "where we live.
" I can't imagine having a surgical face and neck procedure on my face voluntarily.
I have had surgeries for medical reasons and I'm sure you have too but having a knife taken to my face or injections of Botox botulism toxin just because I am aging is never a sure thing.
It's anyone's guess how it will turn out.
To me it is like jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.
I can understand looking in the mirror and seeing the signs of age.
I don't look like I did when I was 20 or even 30 but then again I am not a movie star on a big high definition screen with thousands of people looking on.
We shouldn't but we do expect these "idols" of ours to always look the way they did at 20 or 30.
The pressure is definitely on.
I think they know we expect this of them and think their popularity will diminish if they don't continue to look young.
With that being said, have you seen Kenny Rogers lately, or Percilla Presley, just to name two.
They look like a distorted, mutated version of themselves.
Remember Mikey Rourke in "9 1/2 Weeks?" He wasn't handsome but there was something sexy about his facial expressions.
Now he has none.
Sadly he looks like he's wearing a mask.
Cher was beautiful when she was young and I think she would have aged beautifully but she opted for plastic surgery procedures and Botox like so many others.
I wonder if they were given the option of facial exercises that will tighten the face naturally.
I have a girlfriend who just turned 40 and wanted a face lift and an eye lift.
She was doing "her homework" on the subject and found some facial exercises.
She postponed the surgery for a couple of weeks to try the exercises and was so pleased she canceled her appointment with the surgeon.
I feel sorry for people that are so desperate and uninformed that they opt for surgery and injections.
There are alternatives.
