1). Set the ZV5000 upside down.
2). Line up the battery back with the empty battery port and slide it in gently until it locks into place.
3). Turn the ZV5000 with the top side visible.
4). Locate the round AC adapter port on the rear of the notebook.
5). Insert the AC adapter cable into the power port, connecting the other end to a wall socket. Turn the computer to the front, slide latch in the middle, lift the display and press the power button.
