Location

• Gerber daisies require open, sunny spots where they'll get full sun all day. When planted outdoors, it's important to choose a spot that gets both full sun and complete drainage, to keep the flowers brightly lit and dry.

• Gerber daisies require plenty of water and the cooler soil temperatures that the water produces. Keep the daisies moist with daily watering during their bloom time, but allow them to dry slightly when they're out of bloom.

• When gerber daisies are outdoors, it's important that they receive regular feedings for quick growth. Plant gerber daisies in spring in quick-draining soil, and feed them every other week with organic or 10-10-10 fertilizer.
