How to Load a Thule Bicycle Rack
- 1). Lift your bicycle onto the trays that line up with its front and rear wheels.
- 2). Pull the arm up to secure your bicycle. On some models, such as the Thule T2 hitch rack, the arm is locked in place over your front wheel. On other models, including the Thule Doubletrack, the arm is situated over the top tube of your bicycle frame.
- 3). Secure the rear wheel using the adjustable ratchet strap included on the T2 and the Doubletrack. Repeat this process for additional bicycles.
- 1). Position the top tube of your bicycle frame over the top of the cradles designed to accommodate it on the arms that stick out from the back of your vehicle.
- 2). Rest your bicycle on the cradle.
- 3). Adjust the cradle straps so that they are tight around the frame of your bicycle. Repeat this process for additional bikes.
