Frenchman"s Harbor in Juno Beach, Toll Brothers Latest Project
Frenchman's Harbor is Toll Brothers newest development in the Jupiter to Palm Beach Gardens area.
Long recognized as "America's Luxury Home Builder", Toll Brothers constructed developments in this area including Frenchman's Reserve and the Jupiter Country Club where golf course designed by Arnold Palmer and Greg Norman are the centerpieces.
When the real estate boom went bust, they put the brakes on further projects until now.
In Juno Beach, they have begun construction on Frenchman's Harbor which will offer waterfront residences directly on the Intracoastal Waterway across from Frenchman's Creek and just south of Admirals Cove.
These homes, all offering dockage, are the newest waterfront homes to go up here in several years.
New homes have been built, but not as part of a total community.
The community is located where Donald Ross Road meets Ellison Wilson Road on the east side of the Intracoastal.
There are no fixed bridges between here and the ocean either through the Jupiter Inlet to the north or the Lake Worth Inlet to the south.
These luxury, waterfront homes will start around $ 600,000 and go up to several million depending on the location and size.
The amenity package will include very high ceilings with crown molding, granite counters in the kitchens, stainless steel appliances and executive floor plans.
Dockage will be for yachts to 115 feet.
If you have a yacht larger than this, you might want to consider Loggerhead Marina across the street, Soverel Harbour near PGA Boulevard or Old Port Cove in North Palm Beach where Tiger Woods keeps his 155 ft.
yacht "Privacy".
Construction is underway with waterways dug and seawalls in.
Now comes the landscaping and the first part to go in is always the trees, especially those in the hard to get at spots, like along the bridge.
If you have been considering a home along the water here and don't want either a spec house in an older neighborhood or the costly memberships of some of the waterfront clubs, Frenchman's Harbor might be just the community for you.
