How to Enjoy Your Time in Ontario, CA
- 1). Stay at the Amerisuites. Eat at the breakfast buffet the next morning and be sure to try out the waffle bar.
- 2). Walk across the street to Ontario Mills and do some discount shopping at one of the biggest and most popular outlet centers in Southern California. Great deals can typically be found at Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, JC Penney, Lucky, OFF 5th and Nine West.
- 3). Play some games at either Gameworks or Dave & Buster's at the Mills, depending on whether you have underage children with you.
- 4). Drive over to Scandia and play a few rounds of miniature golf or ride some classic carnival rides.
- 5). Pick up a lunch at a nearby fast food restaurant or sandwich shop and have a picnic by one of the lakes at Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park. Swim in the lagoon, go fishing, play volleyball or rent a paddle boat.
- 6). Walk around the Guasti Historic District and visit the J. Filippi Winery Tasting Room. There may be some construction going on, as the entire area is being redeveloped, but try to walk around and explore where and while you can.
- 7). Do some more wine tasting at the San Antonio Winery, which has an offshoot of its main Los Angeles winery in Ontario.
- 8). Have a nice dinner at the Royal Cut Restaurant.
- 9). Buy tickets at the Edwards Ontario Palace Stadium 22 & IMAX. Walk across the street and grab a drink before the show at Boston's, Applebee's or Hooters. Enjoy your movie.
