Get Rid of Acne Now Before Your Wedding Day!

9
You've waited your whole life for the big day where you walk down the aisle and all eyes are on you but you need to get rid of your acne fast before the wedding.
It doesn't matter if you're the bride or the groom, people will be watching you and you know how important it is to look your absolute best.
How can you look your best on your wedding day if you can't get rid of your acne? Out of all the things you need to do before your wedding day (and you know that there's a lot), the most important thing should be to get rid of your acne--before your wedding day AND permanently.
You're starting a new life with your husband or wife.
Wouldn't it be great to start it by permanently getting rid of your acne? What if there was a natural acne treatment out there guaranteed to work? Would you try it? I know what you're thinking...
you tried everything on the market and nothing seemed to work--especially a natural treatment for acne.
However, there are some things that work, at least temporarily, to help get rid of pimples.
Here are five tips that may help you clear up your skin in the short term and MAY work at getting rid of your acne before your wedding but there are no guarantees: 1) Try to keep stress at a minimum: I know--easier said than done, especially while you're planning a wedding.
Try deep breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, or even a daily walk.
I find that sipping a hot drink like tea helps reduce my stress level.
Also, keep a daily list of things to do.
Keeping a list of things to do and checking them off as they get done, does relieve stress.
You would be surprised how much better you feel when you can actually see the things you've done in a day just by writing things down.
2) Wash your face with a mild soap or face wash.
Use a toner afterwards that includes salicylic acid.
You don't want to use anything too harsh, or it can make your breakouts worse.
3) Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet, and start taking a multi-vitamin if you aren't already.
4) Drink plenty of water.
Try to drink at least 3 bottles of water a day.
I say "bottles" because we all know what they look like.
I know--everyone tells you to drink more water than that.
However, I think three bottles is reasonable and attainable.
5) Apply a topical treatment every night before bed.
You can buy products at the drugstore that contain salicylic acid in them.
Again, that ingredient seems to be mild enough to keep your skin from acting up in the short-term, as well as strong enough to temporarily get things under control.
But if a natural treatment for acne guaranteed to get rid of your pimples permanently was developed, would you consider it? What if the acne system was developed by someone who was a long time severe acne sufferer, nutritionist, health consultant, AND medical researcher? What if this person spent literally hundreds of hours perfecting his clinically researched acne system and put it into a step-by-step format that ANYONE could follow whereby you could get rid of your acne in two months with visible results in less than seven days? Would you want to see it? Of course! Especially before you walk down that aisle before all your family and friends.
To get rid of your acne before your wedding day should be your #1 priority and it CAN be in your future!
