Okay, well I am sure that I am not the only person who feels like their dreams may have been crushed today.
The Saints lost their third game in a row! What has gone wrong? I mean really..
They start of by going 13-0 then loose to the Cowboys (understandable), the Buccaneers (not understandable), and then the Panthers (definitely not understandable)! I am pretty peeved to say the very least.
As a Saints fan I am feeling like all of my efforts to ride out the wave of losing seasons until they finally had a good one is going to waist.
I really believed that this would be the year that they finally found success.
I mean it all seemed to fall into place.
I am sorry if I am sounding like a negative Nancy right now but I am just devastated at this point.
I would have never in a thousand years thought that the Saints would have lost their last three games of the regular season.
This is not good for them heading into the playoffs.
Their momentum is gone and other teams seem to have totally lost respect for them as a fierce competitor.
Just weeks ago they were perhaps the most feared team in the NFL, but not anymore.
On the bright side the Saints are still number three over all in the standings behind the Indianapolis Colts and the San Diego Chargers.
If they have any intentions on making a run for the Lombardi trophy they had better do some straightening up and fast!
