How to Create a Single PDF From Multiple Access Reports
- 1). Open your Microsoft Access reports that you wish to PDF. You will need to convert each report into a PDF format individually.
- 2). Click on the Microsoft Office button in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
- 3). Click on the "Save As" arrow and select "PDF."
- 4). Name your PDF file in the File Name field.
- 5). Click the drop-down arrow next to "Save As Type" and highlight PDF.
- 6). Select "Standard" for a higher-quality PDF file, or "Minimum Size" for a lower quality and reduced-sized file from the "Optimize For" options.
- 7). Click "Publish" to save your Access report into the PDF format.
- 1). Open Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro.
- 2). Select "Merge Files Into a Single PDF..." from the Create drop-down arrow menu.
- 3). Highlight the circle next to "Single PDF" for a regular PDF file. You may also merge your Access reports into a flash-based portfolio by selecting "PDF Portfolio" rather than "Single PDF."
- 4). Click on "Add Files" and select the report files you wish to combine into the single PDF document.
- 5). Drag and drop your files in the order you wish the pages to appear in the final document.
- 6). Click "Combine Files" to merge all of your Access reports into one PDF file.
