This nonprofit corporation was founded in 1977. It provides the Driving Abuse Treatment & Education (D.A.T.E.) program to a DUI offender. It provides an inpatient men's Spanish-speaking 90-day residential program called "Nuestra Casa" as part of its efforts to assist DUI offenders. The commission was founded to specifically help persons who are Spanish-speakers and its D.A.T.E program is only for DUI offenders 18 years or older. It is licensed by the state of California, and it also provides aftercare counseling and relapse prevention.

This DUI class is located inside of the Fresno County Courthouse. It is licensed by the state and the state provides all of the equipment and materials offenders need to take the class. The trained staff work one-on-one with offenders to make their transition into the DUI program run smoothly. The program provides a payment plan and many staff members are bilingual, speaking English, Spanish and Hmong.

Originally opened in 1951 in Reedley, California, this hospital was founded by the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC). Its DUI program is available to DUI offenders who are at least 18 years of age. Its courses range from a three-month First Offender Program to an 18-month program for repeat offenders. Kings View is a member of the California Association of Drinking Driver Treatment programs (CADDTP) and licensed by the state.
