That in itself speaks volumes for sure.
The Medifast diet is similar to Nutrisystem in that they offer pre-packed meals, but the replace your old eating habits with a 5 meal rotation through out the day, with one of those 5 being a true meal (with lean meat, veggies, and salad).

I am very happy with this years list because these diets have stood the test of time and there is a truly diverse selection of diets that you can take on to fit your lifestyle.
