Many people worry about whether they will be able to offer their guests a fun and exciting time; or they worry that people may feel uncomfortable, or worse, dirty. Guest Bedrooms

The guest bedroom is the most important feature of their visit. You must bear in mind that your guests are away from home, and as such, need to feel ‘home from home'. It is important that you create as welcoming and relaxing environment as possible. Furthermore, to avoid the embarrassment of them having to ask for things, it is important that you provide them with everything they will need for the stay. For example:

• You must make sure that they have towels in their room. Nice towels, such as Hammam towels, in a variety of sizes, are essential. Guests will need a bath sheet each and a hair towel each, too.
• You must offer a choice of pillows. Some people like to sleep with a single pillow, others with three of four. Some like them soft, others like them hard. Make sure that your guests know that there are extra pillows available for them in a wardrobe.

If you have a guest bathroom, then it is important that you provide them with towels and shampoo, so that they do not have to ask for any extra, or just in case they have forgotten their own products. You create comfort by ensuring that they do not have to ask for anything, and that they do not feel as if they are in the way.

 

Food

A huge problem with being a guest is having to eat food that you may not like, simply because it is rude to say not to food. To avoid putting your guests in an uncomfortable position, ask them what sort of food they like to eat, before they arrive. Find out any dietary requirements, for example, are they vegetarian.

Accessories

It is great to offer people accessories depending on the type of activities you are going to be doing with them. For example, if you live near the beach, make sure that you have enough beach towels to go around. Sure, you don't have to go as far as buying them personalised beach towels, but it is nice to provide them with everything they need.
