How to Attend the East of Eden Writers Conference in Salinas
- 1). Visit the East of Eden conference website to find out about the conference dates. The conference usually takes place on the first full weekend of September, and is held every other year on the even years (2006, 2008, 2010).
- 2). Click on the button for "Registration."
- 3). Follow the instructions to register. The format changes from conference to conference, so you may need to fill out an online form, or print out a form to mail in.
- 4). Choose to attend the weekend workshops, Saturday only, or the full conference, which includes trips to the Steinbeck House and to Cannery Row in Monterrey.
