High Blood Pressure - Being Proactive!

5
Many options exist as to reducing high blood pressure and through foods and life style change, the ultimate goal can be reached.
I felt like someone was lecturing me about the things i most enjoyed-really it is a decision, a decision to have a healthier quality of life down the road.
Generally speaking, it is best to eat low fat foods.
Especially milk because so many of us consume so much of it.
If you think about it, it goes into all sorts of meals-including cereal! My all time favorite! But really if you just get into the habit of automatically buying the low fat, it really is not that big of deal when you get home.
I will admit though that there are some low fat foods that I think taste terrible! So with those full calorie items consume in moderation.
What it comes down to it, when you make the choice to not be aware of what you are putting into your body, that high fat stuff finally adds up.
Naturally your body will release plaque into the arteries to "patch up" any damaged parts of the arteries.
Humans have not evolved enough where the body can eliminate none useful cholesterol.
Too much high fat just leads to huge build up of cholesterol.
After plaque has built up in the arteries it is that much harder for the blood to circulate through the veins.
It is similar as to like going to the mall, when there are that many more people walking you have to sit and wait for some to move thorough, pushing shoving takes more energy and patience.
All that stress is put on your heart when the blood is harder to pump through the body.
Bringing about a heart attack.
Low fat dairy is a great start to lowering your blood pressure and fat consumption.
Since it is a large portion of your diet, it allows for a big chunk of your food needs to be addressed.
It will give you that much of a chance to prevent a low quality of life in your future.
