Get the Palm Desktop

• 1). Download the Palm Desktop application from the Palm website. The software allows you to sync your Palm device with your computer. (See References)
  
  
• 2). Install the software on your computer.
  
  
• 3). Connect your Palm device to the computer using the USB accessory cord that came with the device.
  
  
• 4). Follow the on-screen prompts to sync your Palm with your computer.
  
  

Get the Plug-In

• 1). Download the Palm2iPod plug-in, which works with Palm Desktop software.
  
  
• 2). Follow the prompts to install the plug-in to your Palm Desktop.
  
  
• 3). Connect your iPod to the computer using the cord provided with the device.
  
  
• 4). Close iTunes when it automatically opens.
  
  
• 5). Open the plug-in, choose the "Sync" option and select the iPod device. Address book and calendar data from the Palm will be synced to the iPod.
