Tinnitus Home Remedies

Tinnitus home remedies are what many tinnitus victims are now looking for.
As you probably already know there isn't a medical cure for tinnitus and so sufferers like yourself are scouring the internet for home remedies, which is why you are here.
Of course this takes up a lot of your time and there are thousands of sites to visit and digest.
I've done much of the hard work for you and summarized my findings here so that you can get on with your cure.
Firstly, let's look at your symptoms.
These are the sounds you hear in your head.
Sounds like, ringing, hissing, knocking, ticking, clicking, whooshing, buzzing, etc.
Now if you are the only one to hear them (i.
e.
a medical professional can't hear them using a special audio listening device) then you have subjective tinnitus which is by far the most common type of tinnitus.
Objective tinnitus is where the sounds can be detected by an audio device.
Tinnitus is in fact a symptom of some other problem or underlying condition.
These are normally to do with your ears, head and neck.
Some of the main conditions are things like, ear infections, auditory nerve damage, inner ear problems, ear wax, meniere's disease, head knocks, whiplash, hearing damaged through noise, otosclerosis, blocked eustachian tube, etc.
You can even have problems due to overuse of some drugs such as aspirin.
Now your mainstream medical treatment will normally consist of using; various drugs, complimentary treatments like acupuncture, audio devices to mask the sounds, relaxation exercises, etc.
Surgery is an option but only in particular circumstances and is really only used as a final resort.
But the main thing about all this is that there is not a proven cure for tinnitus using medical treatments.
There is a deal of medical research going on but so far nothing concrete has come out.
93% of sufferers never get relief from their symptoms.
So, in order to deal with your tinnitus right now, you have to look elsewhere for a cure.
And you are not alone.
Many folks around the world are looking for and using tinnitus home remedies.
Some of the most common tinnitus home remedies they are using are:- Lower your blood pressure: Take regular exercise, and, drastically reduce or better yet cut out smoking, caffeine, salt, and alcohol.
Lower your stress levels: Take breaks more often, deep breathing exercises, meditation, etc.
Relax more: Relaxation exercises during the day.
Stay away from loud noises: If you have to work with machinery use earplugs / ear defenders.
Eat a protein rich diet: Avoid saturated fats.
Your diet must contain vitamins A, B, E and zinc.
De-tune your radio at night: Tune your FM radio "between stations" so that the static noise masks your tinnitus.
Put a fan on during the day as well.
Herbal remedies: Try things like Ginkgo-Biloba, bayberry bark, burdock root, goldenseal, hawthorn leaf and flower and myrrh gum.
Now, these are things that people have said have improved their tinnitus, but of course there is no scientific evidence to prove that these tinnitus home remedies actually work.
However, I'm of the opinion that if these folks are convinced that they have worked and that their lives are better for it, then for them they have worked! But the thing is that there are literary thousands of different folks' experiences with different home remedies, so it is hard to work out just what would work for you and what wouldn't.
What you really need is a program that has been researched and developed from all these thousands of home remedies, having been tested on actual sufferers, so that only those remedies that actually work are used.
One program meeting that criteria is already helping many tinnitus victims around the world who have been searching for tinnitus home remedies.
It is based on a 2 year research program and was tested on actual tinnitus sufferers.
The outcome was a 80% success rate, which, compared with the 93% of sufferers who never get relief using mainstream treatment is a fantastic result.
The tinnitus researcher who developed the program eventually identified 11 proven techniques that could be used on their own, or, in combination to cure tinnitus.
