ADD And Acupressure
If you have blood pressure, or other blood related problems, diet and exercise are a good place to start.
But, if you've been there, done that and still have problems, another remedy might be acupuncture.
One of the problems with acupuncture, for some people, is the puncture part.
The other problem is in order to make it work, you have to know exactly where to insert the needle.
An option is acupuncture's sibling, acupressure.
Acupressure is something you can do yourself and don't have to have a laser sight to hit the mark.
You do have to press hard at times because many of the acupoints are fairly deep in the skin.
One of the major acupressure treatment areas for the capillaries is on the head.
Imagine you have a horseshoe that fits from temple to temple, halfway between the top of the ear and the top of the head.
This area is called the Sylvan Fissure (SF).
The SF is where the bones of the skull fused together after the skull quit growing.
Next, go to the top of the head and find the dent that used to be your soft spot or anterior fontanelle.
Using the ends of your index, middle and ring fingers, draw a line straight down on both sides of the head until you intersect the end of your SF horseshoe.
There's an acupoint at the juncture that's involved with other body parts and may be quite tender.
With the ends of the fingers begin making small circles while going back horizontally around the head.
Any point on the crest of the SF treats some point in the capillary system.
Another neat thing about acupressure is that you can use it to find problems.
In order to diagnose you have to be a doctor, so let's look for problems, which you can do even though you aren't a doctor.
If you start at the ends of the toes and massage to the top of the head you're bound to find some sore spots.
If you haven't injured yourself where you're sore, it's a good indication an energy blockage problem exists.
Find a good acupressure book and see what the sore spot relates to and then read the sections that pertain to the acupressure point and you'll probably find something that will be helpful.
