- 2). Click the "Search for Jobs" link below the category in which you're looking for work -- hourly such as retail, stocking, repair technician jobs or salaried work like managerial positions.
- 3). Click "Apply for Kmart" or "Search for Kmart." Follow the on-screen instructions to either submit an online application for a Kmart hourly job or to search and apply for available salaried positions.
