How to Send Money Worldwide Instantly
- 1). Use a money transfer service. You may use services like Western Union to send money that will be received instantly. You may visit a store, such as Walmart, that offers these services or you may visit Western Union’s website and create a free account (see References). Once your account is created, you can use this same account to send money on different occasions. Click on the “Send Money” link to begin the process. Choose the “Price Services” link on the right to calculate the fee you will be charged for your transaction. You can select to have the recipient receive the money at any Western Union location or you also may choose to have the recipient’s money deposited into a checking account. You may send money using a credit or debit card. If you visit a physical location to complete the transaction, you will be required to fill out a transfer form that contains the recipient’s name, address and account number.
- 2). Transfer funds using your bank account. If you have a checking or savings account at a bank, such as Bank of America, you can transfer funds directly from your account to another person’s checking or savings account. Visit your bank’s website and log into your online account using a username and password assigned to you by the bank. Select the “Add External Account” link and enter the recipient’s bank information. Choose “schedule a transfer” from the main menu. You will be prompted to select your account from the drop-down menu that the funds will be deducted from. You also will be prompted to choose the recipient’s account information listed in the “To Account” information.
- 3). Use Paypal. You may send money to anyone who has a Paypal account. Visit Paypal’s website (see References) and create a free account by clicking “Sign Up.” Next choose “Personal” and enter a valid email address and password that will be used to log into your account. After your account is created, choose the “Add Funds” link and provide your credit card, debit card or checking account that will be used to deduct funds. Choose “Send Money” and enter the amount that you wish to send and the receiver’s Paypal email address. Choose “Continue”, verify the information and then choose, “Send Money.”
