Are We on the Verge of Total Destruction?

3
Being a survivalist I always play around with creating a vast number of different scenarios from which we could encounter and have to survive from.
I do this in an effort to prepare myself and my family for any potential emergency that could come our way.
Now please take a few moments to ponder the idea that I am about to present to you here.
Suppose that while BP Oil Company was drilling in the Gulf for oil they accidentally opened up an underwater volcano.
Here we have all this lava coming through a 24 inch pipe.
This could last for a long time.
In support of this scenario I present the following facts below.
Fact 1 - The workers who are employed in the clean up operations can not remain in the area for a longer period then 15 minutes at a time.
To my knowledge pure crude oil is not toxic like that.
It merely stinks to high heaven, but it is not toxic.
On the other hand, a volcano would produce sulfur and related compounds which are naturally hazards to us humans.
Fact 2 - There has been a complete blockage of photos and eye witness news originating from the affected Gulf area.
Word has it that you may not take pictures of the surrounding vicinity for fear of being arrested.
Even the workers themselves have been cautioned not to talk to reporters for fear of being arrested.
Fact 3 - Of the few photos that have been taken from the Gulf area leakage one can see shades of red and yellow in the oil.
Crude oil is Pitch black with no other shades in it.
Lava on the other hand contains a lot of sulfur and often takes on somewhat of yellow and red hues.
Fact 4 - The pressure from a volcano would not allow any sort of capping what so ever which would account for why BP has been failing to stop the flow.
We have had blow outs in the past and professional oilmen have successfully capped them.
Fact 5 - On the news about a week ago a gentlemen mentioned that he got some of the supposedly crude oil from the water on him and he claimed that it burned his leg.
Once again this fact is pointing towards a possible volcano.
Fact 6 - Reliable sources have indicated that sitting in a wooded field near Jacksonville AFB are approximately 5000 vehicles all lined up and waiting to be given the necessary orders to evacuate the people from the area.
Fact 7 - Mexico has an active volcano at Popocatepetl.
This volcano could effectively have branches leading out into the Gulf where BP was drilling.
In fact the volcano recently erupted on the 30th of May.
In view of these facts, I would recommend that if you have family or friends in or around 1000 miles of the spill you might suggest they take a vacation and come visit you for a while.
Better to be at your home then in a FEMA camp.
Please mark my words in your book of wisdom and tell me when these events come true.
It won't be long.
Keep in mind that I am not a Geologist nor am I an Oil Well Engineer so I may perhaps be totally off in left field, but it is a possibility never the less.
