How to Tone Your Buttocks
This is why so many people spend so much time and effort trying to tone and lift their butt. In this article, I will talk about some of the exercises and workouts that you should do to tone your buttocks quickly and efficiently.

To tone your butt you can use cardio workouts and strength exercises. You should do both of these types of workouts for your general fat burning efforts and for toning your butt. Let's talk about some of the best exercises that you can do...
Cardio
Obviously, the cardio workouts that you will do need to be focused on the lower body as you are trying to tone your butt. Therefore, rowing is not the best cardio workout option for you even though it is, by itself, an awesome way to burn lots of calories and fat because it works the upper body primarily. You want to work your buttocks while doing cardio. For this goal it would be better to choose walking, running, stair climbing, training with a step machine, and so on.
If you are using a cardio machine such as an elliptical trainer or any other machine that has a resistance setting, make sure to use a high level of resistance. This will help you to work those butt muscles a bit harder.
Strength Training
To really tone your buttocks fast, you will need to do some focused strength exercises that really work those muscles. Bear in mind that the fact that these exercises target the butt does not mean that they specifically burn off fat from your butt. Squat - Done either with or without added weight, squats target the entire lower body and are great for butt training.
