Ordering Online

• 1). On the EDQM website, point your browser to the EDQM Bookshop page for either "Pharmeuropa" or "Pharmeuropa Bio and Scientific Notes."
  
  
• 2). Click on the year in which you're interested from the list at the bottom of the page, and then type in the quantity of each issue you want to purchase. Note that each issue is offered in either French or English.
  
  
• 3). Click the "Add to Cart" symbol beside each magazine you want to order. When you're done, click "Order Summary" beneath your shopping cart. Follow the steps to sign in or create an account. Wait to receive an invoice by mail.
  
  
• 4). Pay the invoice within 30 days. You can pay either by mail to the address on the invoice or online by signing into your account. EDQM Bookshop accepts bank transfers, checks made payable to "European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & Healthcare," and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bleue, Eurocard, and JCB.
  
  

Ordering by Email, Phone, or Fax

• 1). Follow the steps above but after you've filled your shopping cart and created an account, do not click on "Final Validation Order." Instead, print out your order form or take a screen shot of it. See your browser's "Help" information for instructions on taking a screen shot, if necessary.
  
  
• 2). Check that the order form includes the following information (if it doesn't, add the information in your email or cover letter): your full billing address including country and phone number; your full delivery address if different (street address only, no post office boxes); your contact information including phone, fax, and email; VAT number if you're within the European Union; your purchase order reference number, if any; and the name and quantity of each item you want to order.
  
  
• 3). Fax the printed order form to the attention of the Sales Section at +33 (0)3 88 41 27 71 or mail it to Sales Section to EDQM - Council of Europe, 7 Allee Kastner, CS 30026, 67081 Strasbourg, France. You may also send an email to orders@edqm.eu and attach the screen shot.
  
  
• 4). Pay the invoice, which will arrive by mail, as described in "Ordering Online."
