Would you like to able to last longer in bed? Well if you're like one in four men between 20 and 55, the chances are that you do.
The fact is that premature ejaculation is the biggest challenge that men are facing in the bedroom today.
I guess this is no surprise really as many of us would like to able to stop premature ejaculation and go for longer in bed.

1)Look around technique This is one idea that I developed myself over the years and the truth is that I discovered it by accident.
What I found was that, if I tried to take a break during sex to let the urge to climax clam down a bit, that it would calm down allot quicker if I averted my eyes and looked elsewhere in the room.
I thought this might be due to the fact that we men get turned on by what we see, so if you look away while taking your sex break, you can help yourself to last longer.
2)Breath intake technique If you're suffering with premature ejaculation, it's largely that point just before orgasm that causes all the problems.
That point where you feel the urge to climax rising inside you and you don't what to do to stop it.
This was probably the thing that caused me the most problems when I was starting out.
What I learned to do though, when I felt this urge coming on was to stop what I was doing and take a sharp intake in of breath.
This technique comes from one of the eastern philosophies, and when I tried it, I was able to stop premature ejaculation and go for longer.
3)Staying the moment If you want to learn to stop premature ejaculation it can really help to come more into the moment during sex rather than moving away from it.
There are a number of things that you can do to help yourself with this.
You could start to focus on the sensations that you are feeling in your body, or the skin on skin feelings, or perhaps the pace of your breath.
Anything that can help you to come more into the moment will help you to take your mind off any sexual images or thoughts that can push you towards orgasm before you are ready.
