The U.S. government supplies an online aid, Create-a-Diet, to assist you in calculating your cholesterol intake. Lowering your cholesterol can reduce the risk of heart disease, and doctors have approved the TLC diet as well.
However, the online support system for the TLC Diet is not the best. It never saves your profile information, so you must re-enter it each time you use it. It also requires that you know what you will eat and how much before you eat. It also does not inform you if you exceed your recommended level.
