There are different types of divorces, although it may not seem like this.

In order to classify for such a divorce, there need to be some consistent grounds for the partners getting a divorce.
These grounds have to have affected the relationship between the parties involved and they need to make the continuation of the marriage impossible.
Infidelity, a partner's leaving the home, a partner's inappropriate attitude or the physical relationships may be such consistent grounds for ending a marriage in court.
Last but not least, you have the divorce caused by one of the partners.
If both of them are responsible, there is a possibility that the two agree upon all the demands, meaning that they agree upon the divorce itself, upon the kids and who they should stay with, upon the name after the divorce and upon the sum of money the one who doesn't have the custody of the kids has to pay on a monthly basis.
This type of divorce requires a common witness.
On the other hand, only one of the partners may be responsible for the divorce and then, the complainer has to prove the defendant's guilt and to prove that the marriage cannot be saved anymore.
This type of divorce includes witnesses, written documents and any other kind of proofs which can lead to a conclusion with regard to whose fault it is that the marriage has come to an end.
