- 1). Call your mortgage company. If you have a mortgage loan and your lender pays your taxes and insurance, it will have a record of when your taxes are due. A mortgage company will set aside a portion of your mortgage payment every month. This amount goes into an escrow account for the payment of taxes and insurance. When the mortgage company receives the tax bill from the county, it will pay the taxes. It will have a record of when your taxes are due and when they have been paid in the past. Your mortgage company will only have this information if it pays your taxes for you.

She will need your address or parcel number. Once she enters your address into the computer system, the representative will have all of the information about your taxes including when they are due. You can probably receive the parcel number once you enter the address. All of your property tax information will be available. The website will let you know when your property taxes are due as well as the amount.
- 4). Call the courthouse. You can also receive your tax information right over the phone by calling the courthouse and speaking to the tax assessment department or a county clerk.
