Place a towel in the bottom of the shower to protect the surface while you work inside the shower. Place two buckets of water in the shower, along with a box of baking soda and some sponges with an abrasive side.

Step inside the shower and close the shower door. Dip a sponge in one of the buckets, and then wipe the door down with it.

Sprinkle baking soda on the abrasive side of the wet sponge and begin scouring the glass shower door. Start at the top of the door and use tight circular motions.

Wet the sponge and add more baking soda. Continue scrubbing the door, working from top to bottom.

Dip the clean sponge into the second bucket of water and squeeze the water over the shower door. Continue squeezing water over the shower door, rinsing away the soap scum and baking soda.

Open the door, and fill a spray bottle with vinegar. Spray the door glass with the vinegar and wipe it down, just as you would when cleaning a window or mirror. Ensure that you wipe the door dry, removing all traces of soap scum.
