Make a Kazoo

• 1). Stand your cardboard toilet paper roll--with no toilet paper attached to it--on a sheet of wax paper.
  
  
• 2). Draw a circle around the end of the toilet paper roll. Do not draw directly around the roll's edge. Make the circle an inch or two larger than the circumference of the roll.
  
  
• 3). Cut out the circle you have drawn.
  
  
• 4). Cover one end of the toilet paper roll with the wax paper circle.
  
  
• 5). Secure the wax paper tightly in place on the toilet paper roll using an elastic band.
  
  
• 6). Use scissors to puncture a small hole in the toilet paper roll just below the elastic band.
  
  
• 7). Speak, sing or hum into the uncovered end of the toilet paper roll. You should hear the buzz of your new kazoo.
