How to Get Blast Burn in Platinum
- 1). Travel to the move tutor's house on Route 228. This route is filled with high-level wild Pokemon, so you can only safely access it near the end of the game.
- 2). Speak to the move tutor with Infernape, Charizard, Typhlosion or Blaziken in your party. He will only teach Pokemon with a high happiness rating the move.
- 3). Choose which of your eligible Pokemon should learn Blast Burn. If your Pokemon already knows four moves, you will need to choose a move to forget before learning Blast Burn.
