• Companies which, for example, manufacture equipment for radiotherapy or radiosurgery, use relational databases to allow groups of users to add, edit or modify information in the database, recording the data that is changed, the time of the change and the user's name. Therefore, group-based access can maintain HIPAA-compliant security standards.
