    • 1). Cut rectangles from card stock that each measure 10 inches wide, 7 inches long. Cut out as many rectangles as you have guests for the anniversary party.

    • 2). Fold each rectangle in half width wise, and press your fingers down the fold to flatten it.

    • 3). Slide a star punch tool onto the front of each card, and punch out a star. Collect the punched out stars. You can choose to use a large star punch tool or a small one.

    • 4). Press an embossing press tool around the front of the card, which will press raised images into the card stock paper. Select an embossing press tool that is consistent with the other designs on the card, such as a shooting star or a moon. You can buy embossing press tools at any craft supply store.

    • 5). Color the punched out stars using paint pens, then allow the stars to dry.

    • 6). Glue the colored stars back onto the front of the card, placing each stars in a different location than where it was punched out from.

    • 7). Trace around the glued on stars using glitter glue. Add small dots of the glitter glue in various places around the card. Allow the glitter glue to dry.

    • 8). Write an announcement of the anniversary party onto the front of the card using paint pens. Let the paint dry completely.

    • 9). Write the detailed information about the anniversary on the inside of the card using the paint pens. Allow the paint to dry completely. Make sure to include the date, time and place of the anniversary party.

      Cut 2 pieces of 1/2-inch wide ribbon to measure 10 inches long. Tie the two pieces of ribbon into a bow, then glue the ribbon along the folded edge of the card. This will make the card look more elegant and refined. Select a premium ribbon that is made of satin or velvet. Allow the glue to dry completely.
