Princess Birthday Supplies - Little Girl"s Dream Party
Every little girl has dreamed at least one time of having a princess party.
For some of us, that precious female getting dressed up is a daily occurrence.
What better way to celebrate her birthday than with a princess themed get-together.
She and her friends will be talking about it for months to come, if given the chance.
Here are a few ideas to springboard off of:
Let the little girls dress up and dance and actually be a princess for one afternoon.
They will probably remember it for the rest of their lives.
The most important thing to do is just to have fun with them and remember what it was like when you were a little girl, too.

Here are a few ideas to springboard off of:
- Scene Setter: There isn't anything better than to set up a scene on a wall of a prince on a white horse, or a castle, or some such thing from bygone days.
Setting the mood will be a cinch when one of these is used.
- Decals: If the whole wall is too much, there are crown and heart decals to use to paste here and there to set the stage.
- Streamers and Balloons: Of course you will need streamers, preferably pink or purple, (or both).
Or, maybe two different shades of pink or purple.
Strung here and there with some balloons hanging from the ceiling or on the wall and you are good to go.
- Paper Goods: Tablecloth and napkins, plates and cups, all decorated with that princess theme will make the cake and punch taste even better.
- Wands and Tiaras: Who wouldn't want to take home a wand or a tiara for their very own? This will be the hit of the party! Having a wand in your hand makes you feel almost magical.
Little girls will treasure something like this for a long time.
Send one home as a party favor.
Even if you just use them for games, make sure you get one or two. - Pinata: Fill a pinata with little rings and pencils, candy, balloons, bubbles, pennies, bracelets or necklaces.
Actually, any little trinket will work.
Use the crown or tiara and the wand to take a turn at bashing the pinata open. - Games: Play 'Pin-the-tail-on-the-steed'.
Put up a picture of the knight in shining armor and his steed that needs a tail.
Any of the old stand-by games can be adapted to the princess theme.
- Food: Little finger sandwiches, cupcakes and punch that are frosted pink or purple will fit right in and are not too hard to do.
