The early childhood assistants provide care for infants and pre-school - to school-age children under the guidance of early childhood educators. The educators plans, organises and implement the programs for children between the ages of the infancy and 12 years. *They have a keen observation over the activities of the children regarding behaviour, actions and reactions, state of living and adjusting.

*Several plans are made to organise activities for school-age children in child care programs before and after the real school hours.
