Jeff Quinlan is the Founder of Organic Pet Digest, a comprehensive guide to organic, natural and holistic dog care. Through the establishment and guidance of Organic Pet Digest’s Holistic Veterinary Council, Mr. Quinlan coordinated the development of the website’s 600+ pages.

In addition to managing the web site’s growth and content direction, Mr. Quinlan personally researches and writes about pet-insurance-related issues, backed by his more than 10 years of experience in the (human) health insurance industry.

During his tenure in the insurance business, he served as an advisor to numerous large and mid-sized companies and industry consultants regarding health improvement, wellness programs and creative financial solutions.

He has been recognized as a national new business leader for Great-West Healthcare, now part of CIGNA, a global health services company, and he served as the Northern California Business Development Director for Precept, a national employee benefits consulting organization. Mr. Quinlan has been a frequent speaker for organizations such as the Northern California Human Resources Association and served on the Board of Directors for the Northern California Employee Benefits Council.

Mr. Quinlan graduated with Honors from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
