Using Messaging Mailbox

• 1). Configure your email account settings to access and download emails directly from the email server (like Hotmail). Contact your cell phone service provider to send you the settings to configure.
  
  
• 2). Go to your phone "Menu" and select the option "Messaging."
  
  
• 3). Select the option "Mailbox" and select "Yes" for creating a new mailbox.
  
  
• 4). Select the "POP3" option, then select "Next."
  
  
• 5). Enter your full email address and select "Next." Now enter the address in the "Incoming Mail Server" text field, (for instance pop3.live.com). Similarly, enter the address in "Outgoing Mail Server" text field, (for instance, smtp.live.com).
  
  
• 6). Select the option "Access Point" and enter the name provided by your cell phone service provider in the access point field.
  
  
• 7). Choose "Next" and select the option "Mailbox Name." You can enter any name you want, for example, "Gmail Account"/ "Hotmail Account."
  
  
• 8). Select "Finish" after configuring the email settings.
  
  
• 9). Go to your phone's "Menu" and select "Messaging." Select the option "Create Message" and choose "Email message." You will then be able to send and receive emails.
  
  

Using Mobile Internet

• 1). Configure mobile internet service settings. This service is provided by your cell phone carrier. Contact your service provider and make a request for mobile Internet service. Once you receive the settings in a text message, the settings are automatically saved and activated.
  
  
• 2). Go to the "Menu" of your Nokia cell phone.
  
  
• 3). Select "Web" and then "Go to Address."
  
  
• 4). Enter the address of your email account, for instance, www.gmail.com or www.mail.yahoo.com.
  
  
• 5). Press the "OK" button to load the page. As the page opens, enter your username and password and press "OK." Your account will then open.
  
  

Using WiFi

• 1). Make sure your Nokia phone model supports Wireless Internet connection. If you are unsure, check your cell phone specifications on www.gsmarena.com.
  
  
• 2). Find a Wireless Internet hotspot, or any other place with WiFi access.
  
  
• 3). Select "Menu" on your Nokia mobile phone.
  
  
• 4). Select "Connectivity" from the menu. When you reach the Connectivity menu, select the option "WLAN wiz." The phone will then search for available WiFi networks. Select the network that you want to connect to. If prompted, enter the network key to establish the connection.
  
  
• 5). Go to "Web" from your phone's menu. Select "Go to Address" and enter your email account address, like www.hotmail.com. Enter the login and password to proceed.
