    • 1). Type A blood types can eat chicken, turkey, and Cornish game hens. The following seafood can also be eaten: Carp, cod, grouper, mackerel, monkfish, pickerel, red snapper, rainbow trout, salmon, sardine, sea trout, silver perch, snail, whitefish, and yellow perch.
