During the first few days, what you can do is go with your dog to the spot where you want it to poop.
Do not leave until it does what it is supposed to.
Then, the next thing you can do is just make him go to the spot, leave him there and wait until it finishes the task.
If it tries to follow you, have a constant command which will let your dog know that it has to go back to the spot.
Eventually, your dog will have the initiative to go to the spot whenever it needs to, even if you do not command or say anything.
Just do not be impatient in teaching your dog what you want.
It takes patience and reinforcement.
After all, once it has learned the practice that you want, you will be saved from so much trouble.
