Cancelling Weatherbug by Text Message

• 1). Power your mobile device on. Tap the "Menu" key to illuminate your phone's main menu screen and click the "Text Messages" or "Messages" icon.
  
  
• 2). Click "Compose Text" or a similarly named option. Enter code 46284 (GOBUG) into the "To" Field and type "STOP."
  
  
• 3). Click "Send" to cancel your subscription to Weatherbug. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to your mobile phone. In addition to canceling your services via text message, you can alternatively cancel your subscription online.
  
  

Cancelling Weatherbug Online

• 1). Access Weatherbug's official web page.
  
  
• 2). Log in to your Weatherbug account using your ten-digit mobile number and password.
  
  
• 3). Locate "My Subscription" and click "Cancel." You will receive a cancellation confirmation on your wireless phone.
  
  

Cancelling Weatherbug by Email

• 1). Gather your account information. You need the subscription purchaser's name and email address and the confirmation number sent via email to cancel your Weatherbug Plus Subscription.
  
  
• 2). Send an email to refund@weatherbugsupport.com to cancel your account, if you're a regular Weatherbug Plus subscriber.
  
  
• 3). Send an email to freetrial@weatherbugsupport.com if you signed-up for a 14-day free trial. You will receive a confirmation cancellation via email.
